     Minimum rental period is one month. One person is required to be atleast
55 years of age and the other over 40. 
     You will have your own golf cart with lights to use around the community 
and when golfing. 
     All homes are completely furnished including kitchens, linens, cable TV, 
phone, and washer & dryer.
     Lake Ashton has two stunning 18 hole golf courses and driving range 
 ( included in rental unless otherwise negotiated ) . As a renter you will enjoy
 full clubhouse membership privileges which include use of: 


   Restaurant, snack bar, and two bars
   Indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, and sauna
   Two computer rooms, library, two craft rooms and three card rooms
