 Specials: We are offering two types of specials. During summer months a 10% discount for teachers or a 10% discount for renting multiple months (except the Jan. – April time period).

 *Long term or annual rentals: If you are considering long term rentals please contact us and we can discuss appropriate rates. Please note that any rentals of greater than 6 months will not have the 12% Florida tax added to the rental.
