We have four rental homes available at Lake Ashton
Active Adult Community. Most of these rental homes 
offer full golf privileges and since we recognize 
that not everyone loves golf we also offer rentals 
without the unlimited golf options. With either rental 
option you will still enjoy the unlimited use of a golf 
cart,club membership and use of all amenities at 
Lake Ashton. These lovely 2 bedroom ,2 bath, 2 car garage
homes have dishwasher,refrigerator with ice maker along 
with washer and dryer. The kitchen includes everything 
needed to prepare and serve your own home cooked meals
– dishes, silverware,pots, pans, cutlery, coffee-maker, 
and toaster. Cable TV, high speed inter net,and free 
phone calls in US and Canada are included in most homes. 
The homes are fully furnished and have enclosed lanais.
Each home is decorated differently and we try to reserve
a particular home for you. On occasion it is necessary 
to use a different house for scheduling reasons.
  First months rent is required to secure a rental. 
All payments are to be made in US dollars. A damage 
deposit of $300 is required. A $500 damage deposit is 
required if a pet is allowed.Specific permission 
must be granted if a pet is to be allowed.
